The agreement
By placing an order with Reddirt Touring, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Returns policies.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment gateway.
Product information
We work hard to describe products accurately, but final specifications, weights and roof-load values are marked [TBC] until confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing and specification errors.
Fit-for-purpose
It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm vehicle and roof-rack compatibility using the fitment checker before ordering. Damage caused by unsupported fitment or roof-load violations is not covered.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
